The Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, met with a delegation of the Recruitment and Mobilization Committee in the Red Sea State that was headed by Shaybah Dirar today.
The Secretary-General of the Committee, Adwis Ahmed Ali, said in a press statement, that the meeting comes within the framework of supporting and assisting the armed forces that are fighting the Battle of Dignity to deter the rebel militia and its supporters.
He noted that the President of the Council promised to provide all support and solve the problems and obstacles facing the people of the East.
The Secretary-General of the Mobilization Committee reiterated the support of the people of the East with the armed forces as they defend the nation’s protection, security and stability, pointing out that the armed forces are the valve holding back the tide for Sudan’s safety and unity, expressing his hope that security, stability and peace will be achieved in Sudan.
