The Federal Ministry of Health announced (Sunday) the launch of a polio vaccination campaign in the states of Blue Nile, Gedaref, Kassala, Northern, Red Sea, River Nile, Sennar and White Nile during the period from June 9 to 12 with the participation of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and the World Health Organization.
The campaign aims to give oral polio vaccines to children between the ages of one day and 5 years.
